Looking to cancel with G-Wizz? We'd hate to see you go and will see if we can accommodate any needs or fix issues you may have. But if unable to do so no problems. Simply call the office at 314-876-7375 and we'll get it all taken care of.
Tipping your cleaners to show your appreciation is more than welcomed! At G-Wizz we believe the tip is for the cleaners and the cleaners only. We don't want to share tips with the whole team. You can leave cash, check or digital transaction (Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, etc) for your cleaners!
No worries! Call the office at 314-876-7375 and we can discuss what needs to be cleaned, pricing, and scheduling.
Plans change? Life isn't going as planned? No worries! We understand things happen that are out of our control. Simply call the office 314-876-7375 to reschedule.
If your home has an alarm system, you can 1. simply provide us with the code and steps needed for us to shut the alarm off. Once we are done we will reset the alarm before we leave. Or 2. You can disable it on the day of your scheduled clean.
